Delivery and Collection

What are your procedures for contactless delivery and COVID 10 Precautions?
All of our products are manufactured under the strictest conditions that comply with HAACP. This is a preventative food safety system in which every step in the manufacture, storage and distribution of a food product is scientifically analysed for microbiological, physical and chemical hazards. Your delivery is transported via a refrigerated delivery truck complying with all food transport procedures.

What Qualifies for a free delivery?
That you place an order over $100

Can I choose between delivery and collection?
Yes you can – on the checkout  cart please nominate if you want your order delivered or picked up. Our store closes at 4pm for in store pickups Monday – Friday. No weekend service is available.

Can I add other products to my Fresh meat pack order?
Yes you can add products that are available on our online account at delbasso-online.com.au

When can I have my delivery delivered?
Deliveries are weekdays only and will be delivered to you from 8.00am to 3pm. You cannot nominate a time as our drivers deliver in specific areas during the day. However they will call you when they are 30 minutes from your house or business. To confirm your delivery time please call us on 9444 0811.

When can I collect my order?
You can collect your order from our premises at 4 Frobisher Street Osborne Park 6017 on the next day after placing your order between the hours of 10am to 4pm – This will allow us time to pack your special order for you. You can always call us on 9444 0811 to make a special arrangement if this helps you.

Where do I collect my order from?
The pick up address is from 4 Frobisher Street Osborne Park 6017 –Please come to the deliveries and pick up entry at the side of the building. There is plenty of parking for you on site as well.

What time can I collect my order?
You can collect your order the next day after your order from our premises at 4 Frobisher Street Osborne Park 6017. Between the hours of 8am to 3.30pm pm – This will allow us time to pack your special order for you. You can always call us on 9444 0811 to make a special arrangement if this helps you.

What is the order cut off time?
Orders for next day delivery are 3pm - Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed but we try our hardest for you.

Can I track my order?
Unfortunately we do not have this facility but you can always call our friendly dispatch team and we can let you know where your order is in the process. Call us on 9444 0811

Why won’t you park in my drive way or take the trolley into my house?
We need to obey the guidelines set out by the government and health authorities at this time of the COVID  19 pandemic and maintain good social distancing and personal contact.

What is an unattended delivery?
This is when you are not at home and we leave your order at the doorstep or a place that you have nominated. Please remember once these goods have been left unattended then they are no longer the Del Basso responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or damage to the goods. Please read the terms and conditions of sale on our website www.delbasso-online.com.au

Can I order for a business?
You certainly can. Please complete all of the details for delivery or pick up required and name your business and any delivery instructions on the checkout field. Remember to add your ABN and company details for your records and tax purposes.

Payment and pricing

How do I use a promotional code?
If you have a promotional code you enter this in the checkout page and this promotional code will be deducted from your final cost

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with a normal credit card – these entries are made at the check out page. Your account will be debited for the cost of goods at this time. No deliveries will be made until payment is made or an arrangement made with our purchasing officer

What should I do if I have a payment query?
Please call our office on 9444 0811 and ask to speak with our accounts extension team 

What is the minimum order amount I can order?
The minimum order for free delivery is $100 – if you wish to make a smaller order you will need to call us to discuss with you a delivery fee if this is required for your order. 

Are the web site prices the same as in store?
The web prices are at our discounted sale price and match our butcher shop as well.

Can I use after pay?
At this stage no, however this is something we are looking at using in the near future

How do I remove my saved card details?
Please follow the process listed on the website. Also your credit card details that are taken over the phone are a onetime use on immediate order placement and if any details are saved they are shredded /deleted immediately after your order is placed with us.

How do I know my card details are safe?
We follow our strict security process with this information that is embedded in our company policies and procedures. Only our accounts team apply your information.

How do I change my card details?
You are able to change your credit card details every time you order from our store.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns

Can I modify my order?
If you have to modify your order you MUST call us within the same day of the order and before 3pm so that your order can be updated by our packing team. We cannot change the order after this as it may have been dispatched. 

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel you order you must call us prior to 3pm the same day that you have made your order so we don’t add this to the production line. After this is not possible to cancel your order.

What can I do if I have a missing item in my delivery?
On inspection of your goods and you find an item missing please call us immediately and we will assist you. This is highly unlikely as we have many systems in place to double check our packing and filling process.

How can I confirm you have received my order?
Your order will come through to our home delivery hotline orders@delbasso.com. Our team will immediately start to process your order. If you would like clarification of your order placement then please call us on 9444 0811

Can I place an order if I call you?
You certainly can call us. Please just let us know what you want and then we can take payment over the phone for your and commence the order fulfilment.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Our system with immediately send you an invoice to the email you have provided as contact details on your online order.

Why can’t I find an item on your site that I want?
If this happens and you want a specific style of meat or then you can always call us and we can add this to your order. Please call our orders line on 9444 0811

 PACKAGING AND LABELLING OF GOODS 

Del Basso Online aims to provide up-to-date pictures and details of the Goods on our site. At times, the picture or details of the Goods may differ from the Goods actually supplied to you. Del Basso  Online does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the Product List, descriptions and pictures and recommends that you read labels carefully before consuming Goods

Pricing Errors: Del Basso Online reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason and may exercise its right to cancel the order at any point prior to delivery of the goods. 

Total Pricing of Goods

If you have ordered a Good that is priced per kilo, we initially estimate the weight and total price of the Goods at the time you place your Order.
